( ii ) Interpersonal Communication :
In this communication , there is one - to - one interaction or interaction among a small group . This is the most commonly practiced form of communication .
( iii ) Intergroup Communication .
In this communication , interaction between different groups takes place .
( iv ) Mass Communication :
In this communication , a large body of people is addressed to . Verbal and Non - Verbal Communication

verbal . In verbal communication , we use words / language in the written or spoken form . Non verbal communication is often given secondary importance . Form of oral communication is uneasy for long message because the actual information gets lost in the middle of the long text.then it becomes difficult to memories .
( iii ) Incorrectness : There is no procedure for rectification of the words spoken . Words once used in an improper way cannot be taken back . They can hurt the receiver's sentiments too . It can also ruint the whole point of a conversation .

Ans . The response given by the receiver to the sender in the process of communication is called feedback.

: This attitude may be reflected through advising , moralizing , ordering , patronizing , threatening , or lecturing . This form of behaviour often inhibits , people from sharing their concerns and experiences .
